PROPERTY DISPOSITION SERVICES
The Relocation and Corporate Services Department provides
“single point of contact” disposition services.
Designed to coordinate with specific corporate clients
needs, we have an efficient system of assigning properties
to our area specialists throughout our entire market
area. Our centralized system is unique in that we work
as a team with our field specialists. This shared responsibility
system has proven to be very successful.
Account Managers and area specialists are supervised
by the relocation and corporate services department
to establish higher standards, provide common tracking
systems and produce conformity in client services. The
support from our closing services, vendor management,
accounting and marketing departments, leave the area
specialist and account manager free to do what they
do best, evaluate, market, negotiate and sell properties.
Scope of Services
- Asset Management:
- Eviction assistance
- Property re-keyed and secured
- Property inspections and monitoring
- Bids for repairs from qualified contractors
- Construction and repair supervision
- Employment and supervision of maintenance personnel
and contractors
- Initiation and maintenance of utility services
- Payment of all bills and invoices with itemized
monthly billing for reimbursement
- Property Evaluations
- Provide accurate property evaluations (BPO,
BMA, CMA) from experienced area specialists
- Provide quick response for evaluations on multiple
properties to meet corporate client deadlines
- Provide evaluations utilizing corporate client
custom BMA forms
- Provide interior and exterior color photographs
