The Relocation and Corporate Services Department provides
real estate services to employers, chambers of commerce,
credit unions, automobile dealerships, automotive suppliers
and Internet based companies through several affinity
programs. You may be eligible to participate in these
discounted services under one of the following names.
Home Benefits Plus
Home Benefits Plus provides a unique real estate benefits
program to member organizations (Employers, Chambers
of Commerce, Credit Unions) delivering discounts on
a full continuum of homeownership services and products
for our members. Participating members receive home
purchasing & home selling representation, and mortgage
assistance. Home Benefits Plus members receive substantial
savings by participating in the program as well as the
professional assistance provided by a consultant that
ensures quality service throughout the process. For

GMAC Network Services
The GM Family First program was created to offer exclusive
savings, value and convenience to GM’s most important
customers...its employees, dealerships and their eligible
family members. Great Moves by GMAC is part of a larger
initiative called the GM Supplier Discount. This program
was designed to add value to key relationships GM has
already established with its suppliers and associated
companies.
Both programs offer eligible customers a "one-stop"
shopping experience for all of their homeownership needs,
including the following services:
Real Estate
Customers registered in the GM Family First or Great
Moves by GMAC programs are eligible to receive:
- Cash-back* on the sale or purchase of a home when
they use a GMAC Real Estate agent
- Counseling assistance from a professional Personal
Move Consultant
Personal Move Consultants
Registered customers will also enjoy working with
one of our Personal Move Consultants who will provide
a concierge-type service of coordinating the home
buying and selling process on their behalf. All of
our consultants are licensed real estate agents, and
many hold certified relocation professional status
as well. This dedicated team can play a significant
role in supporting your efforts with the GM Family
First and Great Moves by GMAC programs by:
- Counseling your customers in support of your
recommendations
- Conducting regular follow-up with your customers
and relaying insightful feedback to help you meet
or exceed their expectations
- Answering your GM Family First/Great Moves by
GMAC program questions
Moving Assistance
Both GM Family First and Great Moves by GMAC customers
will enjoy money-saving discounts* from GMAC’s
network of preferred moving companies, including:
- Interstate Moving Services
- Car Hauling
They will also receive “guaranteed-not-to-exceed”
estimates for their out-of-state moves.
Mortgage Programs
The GM Family First and Great Moves by GMAC programs
also offer eligible customers discounts on purchase,
refinance and home equity transactions, as well as
a variety of convenient services. These products and
services are offered through GMAC Mortgage, a wholly
owned subsidiary of General Motors.
