History

The Relocation and Corporate Services (RCS) Department of Dilbeck Realtors, GMAC Real Estate was founded in 1980 by Jill Silvas, the 2003 President of The Employee Relocation Council. During her tenure, Jill established the Dilbeck name throughout the country as a premier provider in the field of relocation.

The RCS Department is a team of dedicated Relocation professionals whose goal is to deliver quality relocation services. The staffs’ 65 plus years of combined relocation experience and professional designations, translates into innovative, cost effective programs for corporations. That same experience also results in a very hands-on approach to assisting relocating individuals and families.

In addition, a network of highly trained relocation specialists can deliver relocation services in any location needed. As an active member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), as well as other local organizations dedicated to the professionalism of the relocation industry, Dilbeck is committed to its guiding principle of “consistently exceeding expectations” – a reputation that Dilbeck Relocation and Corporate Services has maintained for over 20 years.

• Marlene Coakes, CRP - Relocation Director
  Marlene has over 20 years experience in Relocation and Corporate Services and is a licensed Real estate agent. As a “Certified Relocation Professional” (CRP), and participating member of the Employee Relocation Council, Marlene understands the full range of corporate relocation programs. As the Relocation Director for the department, she is currently responsible for all daily activities related to Relocation customers, agents and corporate clients and Broker-to-Broker referrals.

• Cathryn E. Warren, Referral Consultant
  Cathryn is responsible for managing the Affinity programs for the department. Cathryn’s prior education, experience and responsibilities are varied and have provided her with the diverse skills necessary for successfully maintaining this piece of business and serving its customers.

• Maggie Hansen-Ikemi, GRI, CRP, Business Development Manager
  Maggie joined the Relocation Corporate Services Department at the end of 1999 after working with the California Association of Realtors for over 6 years. Her career in Relocation and Corporate Services has rapidly developed including earning her “CRP” designation. She is dedicated to developing a national strategic relationship with credit unions and their members.
